The Brief:
Design campaign for graduate recruitment drive.
The Solution:
amadidesign created the design brief in conjunction with
the client. The solution came in the form of a mini website
and leaflet. We also created the logo, illustrations,
animation, and programming for the hugely successful,
flash based online game.
The Outcome:
Realising that most students were reluctant to work for
McDonalds upon graduating, they commissioned us to design
a website and leaflet that would encourage graduates to
consider a career with McDonalds, The results were exceptional:
the artwork illustrated that McDonald can be a fun and
fulfilling place to work. Inevitably, McDonalds saw an
increase in graduate applications, with many graduates
commenting on the leaflet as being an attractive alternative
to recruitment campaigns.
